Online Course EIT FOOD Project | registration open from 24 November to 18 December
The Department of Drug Science and Technology in collaboration with the University of Trento offers the online course "Technological innovation in the extra-virgin olive oil production chain (EVOO): health and economic aspects" The course is part of the PHENOILS project developed by EIT FOOD the leading food innovation initiative in Europe, which works to make the food system more sustainable, healthy and reliable.
